Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend our program and need to cancel your registration please see details below:

 

Cancelling prior to the event:

• Participants may cancel their registration without penalty and receive a full refund up until 7 days before the program commences. 

• Cancellations received less than 7 days before the program commences will receive a partial refund (incur a 30% administration fee).

Cancelling the day before, on the day, or after program commences: 

• Not eligible for a refund.
